Virtual reality is generally considered safe, but it is important to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our staff before your VR session.

Our VR multiplayer games are suitable for players starting at 8 years old.

• Our standard VR arena (6x9m) can accommodate up to 6 players for most games.
• For Hero Zone survival games (less movement required), we can accommodate up to 8 players.
• For VR Laser Tag Tournaments (large arena 20x15m), we can host up to 10 players at once (5 vs 5).

Yes, our VR headsets are compatible with glasses, but there are size limitations for comfort:

• Glasses must be 142mm wide or less.
• Glasses must be 50mm high or less.

If your glasses exceed these dimensions, we highly recommend trying contact lenses for a more comfortable experience.

• Private Parties: Yes, we offer private mobile events and parties. Our venue space can accommodate up to 18 players for a private party (with extra space for tables and chairs).
• Mobile Events: Absolutely! Our VR setup is fully mobile and can be set up at any suitable indoor location. Contact us with your date, time, and location, and we will handle all the equipment and setup.

You can book your session in two ways:

• Standard Bookings: Visit our Booking section to select your desired date and time online.
• Custom Bookings: Contact us directly for out of hours or off-site mobile bookings.

We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks! We have a dedicated kitchen area on-site with tables and chairs where you can enjoy your refreshments before or after your VR experience. Please note: outside food and drinks are not allowed in the VR arena during game play.
