TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a booking or attending Laser Go you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Players must be aged 8 or over. (12+ for escape room) This is due to health guidance relating to the use of VR equipment by children.
- Participants must take care of the VR equipment and follow all instructions from laser go staff. At our discretion, breakages must be paid for.
- All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled less than 24 hours before booking time. However, if your booking is unable to go ahead due to Covid restrictions we will contact you to arrange another date.
- You will not be permitted into the experience if you appear intoxicated or it is noticeable that you have been drinking alcohol.
- We do everything we can to make sure your experience runs smoothly but occasionally technical problems can occur. Eg loss of power / internet failure. Should your experience be affected by technical problems we will endeavour to fix the issues immediately. If this is not possible we will need to reschedule your booking for another date.
- All participants will need to sign a waiver online before arrival. No one will be permitted to take part without reading and signing waiver. You can read and sign the waiver HERE.
