You will be the face of Laser Go and the commander of the VR arena, responsible for ensuring every customer is safe, briefed, and has a high-octane experience. This role requires confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Technical Setup: Efficient setup and clearing of equipment before and after sessions.
- Safety & Briefing: Delivering clear, detailed safety briefings and ensuring customer safety at all times.
- Game Management: Running VR parties, events, and tournaments, managing game flow and timekeeping.
- Customer Service: Looking after customers, addressing equipment issues, and providing exceptional hospitality.
- Venue Maintenance: Ensuring the VR arena (and venue) is kept clean and tidy.
What You Need & Where You'll Work
Your Working Environment:
- Primary Base: Balloch Village Hall, Inverness (5 minutes drive from city centre).
- Mobile Events: Opportunity to work at off-site events (driving license preferred but not necessary).
- Hours: Flexible, part-time hours, primarily based on weekend bookings.
- Pay: Minimum Wage applies.

- Ability to work well alone or as a team and use initiative.
- Comfortable with high-tech VR technology and quick to learn (full training provided).
